By accessing or using Periodic Gains ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Periodic Gains is a software automation tool only. It is NOT financial advice, investment advice, or a trading recommendation of any kind. Trading stocks, options, and other securities involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all of the money you invest. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.
Periodic Gains provides infrastructure for automated trading. All strategies, parameters, and risk settings are defined entirely by you. The software executes mechanically according to your configuration. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
Periodic Gains offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless covered by our refund policy.
New accounts receive a 14-day full-access trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, your account continues on the free plan unless you choose a paid subscription.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
By using the Service, you give Periodic Gains permission to use the data you create or generate in the Service to operate, analyze and improve the Service, including to develop, train, test and improve our AI features, models, picks, strategy suggestions and coaching. This data includes the strategies, settings and scripts you build or upload, your simulated and live trade results, the questions and instructions you give our AI features, and how you use the Service.
When we use your data to improve the Service and our AI, we remove or de-identify information that directly identifies you (such as your name and email address) or combine it with other users' data. We do not sell your personal data, and we never use your broker passwords, API keys or payment details for this purpose. Our AI features may send your requests to third-party AI providers to process them; those providers handle that data under their own terms.
You may opt out of having your data used to train or improve our AI at any time by emailing periodicgains@gmail.com. Opting out does not affect your access to the Service, and we will still use your data as needed to run your account.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that it will operate without errors, execute all intended trades, or produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Periodic Gains and its owners shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed trades, system failures, or any other damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
